Description
In Ayurveda, cloves (known as Lavanga) are far more than just a kitchen spice. They are considered a potent medicinal herb used to balance Kapha and Vata doshas, though they can increase Pitta if used in excess due to their heating nature.

Indigestion: 1 pinch clove powder with warm water
Bad breath: Chewing 1 clove.
Precautions (Ayurveda).
Avoid excess if you have high Pitta
Not recommended in large amounts during pregnancy.
