Description
Uplet Kath (also known as Kustha or Kuth) is highly valued in Ayurveda for its “Lekhaniya” (scraping) property and its ability to balance Vata and Kapha doshas. It is one of the most aromatic roots used in traditional medicine, known for its “Ushna” (warming) and “Teekshna” (piercing) qualities.

Uplet acts as a natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent.
